I have an account with TNS Connect, how do I get a login to buy online?

If you email us with your account details, we will send you your online login details and you can start shopping straight away.

I do not have an account set up with TNS Connect, can I buy online?

Just fill out our application form which can be downloaded here {link to be inserted}, or from our website {link to be inserted}, or complete the online application {link to be inserted}. Payments are taken using your credit/debit card or PayPal.

How can I get a credit account with TNS Connect?

You can apply for a credit account, using our account set up form {link to be inserted} subject to credit insurance and a suitable trading history.

I don’t have a business, but want to buy products in bulk from your site?

Unfortunately, TNS Connect is a Trade only portal. You need to be set up as a company in order to purchase from our site.

How do I buy products in this shop?

You need to have an account set up with TNS Connect and log in details for online. Once you have these details, simply login, find the products you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. Payment will be taken through credit/debit card or PayPal and goods will be shipped to the address you register with us.

I am trying to search for products on the shop, but cannot find what I am looking for?

Products are referenced by manufacturer’s part-code, product type, product name and category. If you search using any of these terms using the search box on the top right, you will find the product, which you can then add to your shopping cart.

Can I use TNS Connect online store if I live outside UK/Ireland?

Yes, TNS Connect currently ships to the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe.

When will the goods be delivered?

Orders placed before midday should normally be received within 48 hours within the UK and Ireland. It can take up-to 7 days for shipments to mainland Europe. Delivery charges will vary.

How much can I expect to pay for delivery?

Delivery charges for UK/Ireland is £10. Orders to mainland Europe are based on weight/size.

What do I do if I don’t receive my delivery, or only receive part-delivery?

If you have not received your order as expected, please contact help@tns-connect.com, your account code and order number.

What if I want to return a product?

Please consult our RMA procedure document if you need to return faulty goods. TNS Connect are a trade only distributor and do not accept non-faulty returns.

How can I view my account?

To view your account, login to TNS Connect with your account details. On the top right corner under Account, you can view your account. Here you can view Orders, Invoices, Returns and Statements.

What other information can I find on the shop?

There is lots of information on TNS Connect. You can view and print current and past orders, invoices, any returns you have made and your account statements. You can also find detailed product descriptions, news on new products and offers.

How can I check what I bought in the past?

Login, and click on view account in the top right corner. Then click on orders in the centre of the pages.

How can I update the details of my account?

Login to your account and click ‘view account’, then click ‘account admin’ where you can change your details. Some details can only be changed by TNS Connect. If you cannot make the changes you require in account ‘admin area’, please email us.

How can I get a stock-feed from TNS Connect to my own online account

Please email us and we can set up a FTP-feed for you.

Can I export descriptions and images from TNS Connect?

Pictures and descriptions cannot be linked, however they can easily be copied from our site. Please note that brand logos are subject to brand owner copyright and rights to use copyright images may be refused or revoked.

Where can I get logos for the brands that are being sold on TNS Connect?

Certain manufacturers restrict access to their products in certain markets, and we are bound to this.
