RMA Procedure

As a trade-only distributor TNS Connect, a CMS Distribution company, only accepts return items that are faulty under warranty. This is the procedure you need to follow.

The first thing you should do is apply for an RMA number, without an RMA number your return will not be processed and credit, if applicable, cannot be raised.

Fill out the TNS RMA form and send it to rma@tns-connect.com or fax to +353 1 8829778.

Please make sure that the form is completed fully and that details are correct. This will help to prevent delays in the RMA process.

Subject to your RMA being approved you will receive an RMA number. You can then return the faulty item to our warehouse in Dublin, the returned items will be assessed/tested and if the return is valid credit will be issued to you.

Please note that once you get an RMA number you have 30 days to send your return back to us.

After this time RMA number is no longer valid.
